The path back to myself

For me, yoga is not just movement or breathing exercises. It is a path back to myself – a quiet refuge in the noise of everyday life, where I can reconnect again and again with my inner balance and true essence.

As a Hatha yoga, spine yoga, and somatic yoga instructor, I believe yoga gives something different to everyone. For some it brings healing, for others freedom, peace, or confidence. I feel that you grow into yoga – but once it happens, it becomes a deep love. A lifelong connection with yourself.

For me, yoga is not only about maintaining physical health, but also an inner journey. It teaches you to pay attention inward and outward, to let go, to be present, and to accept yourself, your body, and the natural rhythm of your life.

In my classes, I create a safe and accepting space where everyone can develop at their own pace. It doesn’t matter how old you are, how flexible you are, or where you start – you belong here.
