The Aviva method is a natural movement system developed more than 50 years ago that activates the body’s self-healing processes and supports the restoration of hormonal balance.

The special exercises that increase blood circulation in the lower body stimulate the blood supply of the uterus, ovaries, and pelvic organs, thereby supporting fertility, easing menstrual complaints, and helping postpartum and menopausal recovery.

The method may provide effective support in cases such as menstrual pain, irregular cycles, PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), cysts, and fibroids. It can also play an important role in postpartum recovery, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and in the prevention and treatment of incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. It may also help ease menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness, or pelvic floor weakness.

I have been teaching the Aviva method for more than 13 years. During this time, hundreds of women have experienced the positive effects of the exercises, including some whose regular and persistent practice contributed to becoming pregnant or to easing complaints caused by cysts, fibroids, and PCOS.

The first step is completing the 4-hour basic course, after which we can talk about practice classes, both online and in person.

To learn Aviva hormonal exercise therapy safely and effectively, it is necessary to attend a four-hour introductory basic course. There you will learn the 18 exercises of the Simple Method, as well as the shortened exercise sequence.

After the basic course, you can join regular Aviva practice classes, where I help you with the precise execution of the exercises and with maintaining motivation. For the best results, practicing at least twice a week is recommended.

You can attend the classes both in person and online. It is also possible to complete the four-hour basic course online, subject to prior appointment.
