The Toned Abs program is a gently structured six-week rehabilitation training method built on the practical experience of the past 15 years. Its primary goal is to restore diastasis recti, reduce strain on the spine, and bring the female body back into balance – with care, attention, and professional precision.

The program was launched online during the COVID period, when many mothers could not attend classes in person. That was when the supportive online community was born, where we still work together today on recovery and progress.

The six-week duration is intentionally designed. With regular practice three times a week in 30–40 minute sessions, visible and tangible results can already be achieved within this period. These six weeks provide a stable foundation that can later be built on independently with ease.

In what life situations can it help?

Why is it worth starting?

With these exercises, the abdomen can become firmer and slimmer while the joints remain protected. The program specifically strengthens the deep abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor muscles, so it can help reduce or close the gap between the rectus abdominis muscles.

With regular practice:

 • lower back and back pain may decrease

 • posture and overall well-being may improve

 • recovery after a C-section can be supported

 • urinary incontinence may ease or disappear

 • fat mass in the abdominal area may decrease

 • the abdomen may become visibly more shaped and toned

The exercises are joint-friendly and safe, and when combined with proper breathing they can bring not only aesthetic benefits but also functional improvement in daily life.

How does the program work?

The program is a 6-week group online training course.

Applicants can register by phone, email, or through the Feminine Essence Facebook page. After registration, there is an option for a personal consultation, during which I assess the condition of the abdominal wall and determine the extent and nature of any injury.

For those living farther away, I offer assessment via video consultation. In such cases, a professionally guided self-assessment is carried out, based on which the condition of the abdominal wall can also be evaluated.

This assessment allows participants to perform the exercises later in a fully personalized way.

For participants in the program, the assessment is free of charge.

Program Structure

The duration of the program is 6 weeks.

Participants attend 3 sessions per week, each consisting of 30–35 minutes of exercise.

Training days:

 • Monday

 • Wednesday

 • Friday

The live online class starts at 9:30 AM.

Recordings of the sessions can be replayed for a full week in the private group, so the training can be flexibly integrated into your daily schedule.
